We recently had a new boiler installed and the service was excellent from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward, communication was clear throughout, and the installation itself was carried out professionally and efficiently.

Kyle, the engineer, arrived on time, explained everything clearly, worked neatly, and left the area clean and tidy. The new boiler is working perfectly and the whole process was completely hassle-free.

Our fitter Kyle turned up nice and early and a call the day before making sure the time was OK. The work was carried out taking the up most care not to make to much mess or damage my home. I do feel he went above expectations as there were a few appliances to move and a housing cupboard to dismantle and replace. All in all we had a great job done and I would recommend him again.

Engineer was booked to install new boiler. He arrived early, started work straight away and was thorough, working nonstop until the installation was complete. He was very polite, well mannered and professional, even when having to deal with a few issues as the job was not straightforward. Overall we were very satisfied with the work carried out.
